An idea that originated with the vision that the convergence of human integrated wellness and insights from ancient health systems could contribute invaluable elements to our present health landscape. Time-honored practices such as TCM, Ayurveda, and Native American traditions stand as venerable pillars in this pursuit. They harbor a wealth of knowledge, serving as a foundation for us to holistically address all facets of human well-being. In the present day, individuals seek to navigate a different narrative from their past, and we firmly believe that these ancient wisdoms offer numerous keys for many. We extend an invitation to explore both theoretical foundations, practical applications for today, and the latest research in related fields.

Why:

My personal quest for self-discovery and my family’s well-being compelled me to confront the gap between theory and practice. Recognizing this, I embarked on a journey back to basics, prompting fundamental questions about the essence of being human. Amidst the seemingly simple queries, I found myself adrift, yearning for a comprehensive plan. Contemplating the intricacies of human existence—physical, mental, emotional and spiritual—I grappled with the interconnectedness of these facets. The realization dawned that I needed a roadmap to navigate this complex terrain. What truly defines our humanity? Is it the intricate interplay between our physical and mental states, or the delicate dance of emotions that can tip the balance? This introspective journey compelled me to distill the essence of being human, laying the foundation for a path forward. As I undertake this exploration, I’m mindful of the young minds accompanying me, and I’ve outlined these foundational insights for them to join in this transformative expedition.
